Somnath Temple is located in Veraval in Saurashtra region of Gujarat. It is one among the top 5 famous temples in West India. The temple has fine architecture and have 12 Jyotirlingas Shrines of Lord Shiva.

Philosopher’s stone was hidden in the temple. And that stones has got some special ability to produce gold. It also have some radioactive property which helps it to float above the ground.
It is also believed that Lord Krishna ended up his Leela in this temple and then left for heaven.

The closest airport which is around 63 kms away from Temple that none other than Diu Airport. After that you can hire a Taxi or Cabs. You will also find the facility of some luxurious buses.
2. Sai Baba Temple-An Outstanding Temple
Sai Baba was an Indian Saint who dedicated his entire life for the sake of all the needy people. He never differentiated any religion, as for him God is One. All his devotees followed his principles and waked on the way that he has shown.
The Temple is located in Shirdi in Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. It is spread over an area of around 200 sq. meters. Around 15,000 plus devotees addresses the temple for darshan.
But the number of devotees increases to around 60,000 specially on weekends or in a special occasion.

Shirdi has got its own railway station named as Sainagar Railway Station. It is well linked to all the major cities of India like Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore etc. The distance to temple is around 10 kms. You can easily get Cab and Taxi facility from station.

If you are planning to go by Flight then there are 2 nearest airports to Shirdi.
1. Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai
It is one of the busiest airport in Mumbai and has all regular flights which are being operated from all the major cities like Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi etc. From Airport it takes 5 hours to reach Shirdi and you will easily get Cab and Taxi facility.

3. Dwarkadhish-An Outstanding Temple in Gujarat
The temple is located in Dwarka City of Gujarat. It is also called as Jagat Mandir. It is one of the most famous and an outstanding temple in west India.
Lord Krishna is being worshipped here and he is known to be as a King of Dwarka. On the eve of Janmastami (the day on which the birthday of Lord Krishna is being celebrated) around thousand of Devotees addresses the temple to offer prayer and for other rituals.
There is no specific time to visit this temple but if you want to witness all the rituals and celebrations then the best time to visit is on Janmastami which falls on August. So, mark the month.

Archaeologist discovered the original city Dwarka underneath the sea. Legends says that after the death of Lord Krishna, there was a flood in which the entire city got submerged under the sea.

There are 2 Gates in temple, one is Swarg Dwar means the gate to Heaven and another one is Moksha Dwar means the gate to Liberation. While entering the temple you have to take 56 stairs to enter the Gate of Heaven and can exit through the Gate of Liberation.

4. Siddhi Vinayak- Well Known temple in Maharashtra
Shree Siddhi Vinayak Mandir is located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. The temple is dedicated to Lord Ganesh.
Around 25,000 devotees visit the temple to offer their prayers. Tuesday is marked to be as an important day for Puja and darshan.
If you visit on Ganesh Chaturthi then you will witness a lot many rituals and special Arti.

Kailash Temple is located in Ellora in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
It is one of the rock cut cave temple in India. It has 34 cave temples and monasteries which all together makes a benevolent Ellora Caves.
