Hello guys, this side DEB. Last night I tasted a new item with my friends and believe me it’s yummy. This item is known in particular Sindhis area and named as potato macaroni in Sindhi style or macaroni with Allu Ki Sabji, which is very tasty .you can eat with rice and Paratha.

How To Make Sindhi Macaroni Allu Ki Sabzi

Ingredients

1/3 Cup (~ 50 gms)
Potato: 2 Medium-sized (~125 gms)
Tomato: 2 Small (~80 gms)
Turmeric: 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala: 3/4 tspMacaroni
Cumin Seeds: 1/2 tsp
Oil: 1 tbsp.
Coriander powder. 1/2 tsp

Here is the Procedure “HOW TO MAKE MACARONI WITH POTATOES”

Take a pressure-cooker, give 1 spoon of mustard oil or refined oil, add cumin seeds and fry it.
After getting brown, add potatoes and all masala(turmeric powder ,chili powder, salt, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder) and mix properly.
After some time add tomatoes, give water and mix properly.
After oil separate add macaroni and mix it. Then add water and make it gravy. Also you can make curry but i will suggest you make it gravy.
Then cover it and give 2 seats.
