As there is no airport in Tawang, you have to get a flight from major cities like Kolkata and reach Sonibari Airport which is in Tezpur. From Tezpur, you can hire a bus or cab. *The journey will take approx. 10 to 12 hours from Tezpur to Tawang.

2. Cherrapunji, Meghalaya –
