Birla Mandir is dedicated to Lord Venkateshwara of Tirumala Tirupati Temple . where there is a separate deva and devi including Shiva, Shakti, Ganesh, Hanman, Bramha, Saraswati and Lakshmi. Birla temples are open to all, as identified by Mahatma Gandhi and other Hindu leaders.

This temple is said to be sanctified in 1976 by Swami Ranganathananda from Ramakrishna Ashram. Swami Ranganathananda has envisioned this temple as a place which can be suitable for meditation as well. Owing to his wishes, Birla Mandir Hyderabad has no bells.

The Majestic Hare Krishna Golden Temple is the 1st Golden Temple in Telangana. This Temple of the Lord has 50 ft Golden Dhwaja Stambh , 4600 sqft Maha Mandapam and 5 golden stairs Rajagopuram . The Swayambhu Narasimha Swamy Temple on a small hilltop in the Banjara Hills, away from the clamor of traffic, is a spiritual haven. This temple, which has a long history managed by a spiritual community affiliated with the Hare Krishna Movement. When completed, the gold plating on this temple would make it the first of its kind in Telangana.

According to historical data, the Banjara Hills region was originally extensively forested. The locals constructed a tiny temple on the mound, and it is said that Akkanna and Madanna, ministers to the Nizam’s nobility, visited the temple to worship and later expanded it. At present, the temple grounds encompass 5 acres of open space, which is maintained by the Hare Krishna Organization and offers a wide range of services to its devotees.
