After eating some spicy & delicious food, I decided to eat some meetha, so I reached Lucknow to find that dessert which is unique, It’s only available during the winter. Let’s gears the bike and talk about Makhan Malai, It is very soft, creamy treat made with whipped butter, sugar and cardamom & served with chilled in small bowl. It’s like eating a heart of sweetness! But here is a secret it’s only available in the cold season & the vendors in Lucknow have prepared this delicate dessert, it’s enjoyed by locals as a treat from their childhood. This sweet also forgotten by the world outside. Trust me, whenever you are here in winter time you just try it once. It’s sweetness makes you fond of love & joy…
